Finally, the world has turned to eating food is much healthier, it's called organic food.

Organic food is the work of agriculture. And the meaning of organic farming is farming techniques that rely on natural ingredients without the use of synthetic chemicals. Organic farming is agricultural production systems that avoid or severely limit the use of chemical fertilizers (plant), pesticides, herbicides, plant growth regulators and feed additives.

And the use of off-farm inputs which cause degradation of natural resources can not be categorized as an organic farm. Instead, the agricultural system that does not use the input from the outside, but the rules of organic farming in the group of organic farming, agro-ecosystems although not certified organic.

Organic farming has many good benefits, including:

Organic farming uses pesticides instead of chemical biology without strictly regulated so as to protect the soil, air, food, and wildlife from the harmful chemicals used in conventional farming. Through a variety of techniques such as crop rotation, green manure and biological pest control, organic farmers can make better soil and produce healthier plants that can provide resistance to disease and insects. These plants are grown in soil rich in nutrients, minerals and micronutrients contained levels higher, including vitamins and antioxidants that are important. So, to avoid harmful toxins, organic food into the food is much better for our health and vitality. There is no doubt that more and more doctors are recommending organic, plant-based diet to improve health and recovering from chronic illness.

Organic farming also offers the following benefits: Protects millions of farmers and agricultural workers around the world of toxic pesticides and related fatalities, reducing personal risk of cancer due to pesticides, reducing the effects of infertility and disorders of the nervous system, protect the health of children and infants the unborn, protecting biodiversity, conserve topsoil erosion is important to avoid fast as conventional agriculture; reducing dead zones in the oceans due to synthetic fertilizers; protect the bees from colony collapse, in turn securing our food supplies.

There are 3 main benefits to be gained when farmers apply organic farming systems.

1. Price Premium
Price of organic products at least 20-30% higher than the regular prices of agricultural products. Good price is very important for economic support farmers and organic farming determine life or death.

2. Low investment costs
With organic farming, input costs can be pushed lower, especially in terms of fertilizers and pesticides. Organic farmers do not need to set up a fund to buy artificial fertilizers but the use of crop residues or manure around it as a major source of soil nutrients. Chemical pesticides are generally very expensive not to worry about the farmers. instead, farmers apply a total system of crop protection and integrated primarily by empowering the enemies of biological organisms.

3. science ancestors
knowledge of farming ancestors could scarcely be applied first farmers now if they still apply ordinary farming systems. but with organic farming, farming methods are applied to our ancestors used to explore, empowered and developed. Specific farming, the area and the environment is more than the value of organic agriculture.

If organic farming can reduce production costs and produce high-value products, why farmers are desperately buying chemicals that have exorbitant prices? Maybe they are tempted by the lure foreign giants pesticide companies that are ready to suck money farmers.
